Several accounts, one dashboard
You can configure multiple carrier accounts in ScaleIt — several SendIT accounts, several Cathedis accounts, or a mix of both — and review all their deliveries in the same place, without switching interfaces.
One delivery, one account, no re-entry
Each delivery is automatically created on the account assigned to the order. You don't have to re-enter customer information across several carrier interfaces.
Coverage is taken into account
SendIT and Cathedis don't serve exactly the same cities. When several accounts are active and coverage data identifies accounts that serve the customer's city, ScaleIt prioritizes those accounts before assigning the delivery.
Centralized tracking
Each delivery's status, regardless of carrier, is fetched regularly and shown in the same dashboard. You don't need to log into each carrier's portal separately to know where an order stands.
