What's synced from WooCommerce
ScaleIt pulls in your WooCommerce orders: ordered products, customer contact details and address, and the amount to collect on delivery when applicable. This information is used to create the matching delivery with SendIT.
How the delivery gets created
When a WooCommerce order is synced, ScaleIt automatically creates the matching delivery on your configured SendIT account, without going through the SendIT dashboard.
If you use more than one SendIT account, you can configure all of them in ScaleIt and manage their deliveries from the same place.
Status tracking
ScaleIt regularly checks with SendIT to update each delivery's status — created, shipped, delivered, or returned — directly in your dashboard, so you don't have to check each order one by one.
