WooCommerce + Cathedis integration
Cathedis is one of the carriers ScaleIt supports. Once your WooCommerce store and Cathedis account are connected, creating deliveries no longer requires manual re-entry.
What's synced from WooCommerce
ScaleIt pulls in your WooCommerce orders: ordered products, customer contact details and address, and the amount to collect on delivery. This information is used to create the matching delivery with Cathedis.
How the delivery gets created
When a WooCommerce order is synced, ScaleIt automatically creates the matching delivery on your configured Cathedis account, matching the customer's city against Cathedis's city reference data.
If you use more than one Cathedis account, you can configure all of them in ScaleIt and manage their deliveries from the same place.
Status tracking
ScaleIt regularly checks with Cathedis to update each delivery's status in your dashboard, so you don't have to check each order one by one on the Cathedis portal.
Cancelling a delivery
Cathedis doesn't document a dedicated cancellation endpoint. ScaleIt sends a removal request; if Cathedis refuses it, the delivery is marked cancelled in ScaleIt and manual follow-up may be required from your Cathedis dashboard.
