1. Description of the service

ScaleIt synchronizes orders from a WooCommerce or Shopify store, creates deliveries with partner carriers (SendIT, Cathedis), and tracks the status of those deliveries from a dashboard.

Some features, in particular WhatsApp notifications, are in private beta and depend on approval from Meta. They may not be available on your account and may change before reaching general availability.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating your account. Activity performed from your account is deemed to be performed by you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ScaleIt for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to bypass the platform's security measures, and not to transmit data you are not authorized to process.

4. Service availability

ScaleIt aims to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The service partly depends on third-party platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, carriers) that ScaleIt does not directly control.

5. Pricing

Available plans and features are described on the pricing page. ScaleIt may change its offers; any substantial change affecting a paid account will be communicated to you.

6. Termination

You may stop using ScaleIt at any time. ScaleIt may suspend or terminate an account in the event of abusive or fraudulent use, or non-compliance with these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

ScaleIt is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ScaleIt is not liable for indirect damages, nor for delays or incidents attributable to a carrier, an e-commerce platform, or a third-party service connected to your account.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
